Some iPhone users complain that the latest software updates from Apple make their iPhone handsets quite bad, even dysfunctional. iPhone 3.1 software was reported made some iPhone handsets can not be used to call and also interfere with other iPhone features. Users who experience problems post complaints at Apple support forums.
“I’ve done the software update 3.1 and since then my iPhone do not respond” a user named CoCubsfan said.
“I also have the same problem since the 3.1 update yesterday. The iPhone’s screen went black and did not respond when connected to a computer,” said another user named perluss.
Some users are also using Twitter to express their frustration and suggested that other users back up data before installing new iPhone software.
Not yet known how many iPhone users are experiencing similar problems. Apple do not yet make any comments which responds to this problem.
